• You must bring adequate help for loading all items!!
• The address for pickup will be located in the upper right-hand corner of your invoice.
• Pickup: Once the bidder has won an auction item, it is the bidder's responsibility to pick the item up on the given date during the allotted time frame. If the bidder fails to pick up during the allotted pickup time frame, then the items will be considered abandoned/forfeited, and there will not be a refund issued.
• There is no additional pick-up days or times available!!
• Your card will NOT be automatically billed. You must follow the PAY NOW link listed in the upper left-hand corner of your invoice.
• If you bid on an item, you MUST be willing to take everything included in the Lot unless otherwise specified in the description!! If you are not willing to take it ALL, then please do not place a bid. Thank you.

• All payments for winning bids are due the Saturday following the auction by 6:00 pm.
