One of my favorite finds in this house! You have to see it to truly appreciate it for what it is. The dispenser winds up and the world spins. The lighter measures 6 inches tall and the Dispenser measures 9 inches tall. Both are fully functional. For good measure I added a Vintage Tobacco pipe to the lot.
