PICK UP IS AT A STORAGE FACILITY WITH A SECURITY GATE AND LIMITED PARKING. PLEASE USE THE SIGN-UP LINK TO AVOID CONFUSION AND CONGESTION DURING PICK-UP. FOR SMALLER ITEMS, WE WILL BE ABLE TO MEET YOU IN THE PARKING LOT BEFORE THE SECURITY GATE.

This is a "Hard Close" auction.  No time is added after the clock counts down to zero. Each "lot" closes in succession one minute after the previous (the first lot closes at 6:01, the second at 6:02, the third at 6:03, and so on). 

15% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.

10.1% WA tax applied unless you have a reseller's permit on file.

All items are sold on an "AS IS" basis. We strive to be as precise as possible with our descriptions but can not guarantee complete accuracy. We encourage bidders to take advantage of the opportunity to preview items and/or ask questions about items before placing any bid(s).

There are no returns or refunds, "NO EXCEPTIONS."

Please be prepared to box and remove all purchased items. We will have limited ability to help with packing items or load-out assistance.
