The count for the Gourmet Settings flatware can be gleaned from the photos. It is short salad forks but is mostly there for a service of 8. There are the 3 serving items that may be the real win.
Likewise, for the Onieda set there are only 3 salad forks missing with the rest all present and accounted for. The set of 8 plus extra spoons is a bonus.
