PICKUP DAYS: Wednesday the 21st and Thursday the 22nd between 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM by appointment time (link to scheduling a pick-up time will be included with the winning bid email/invoice). Due to limited parking and turnaround space, we recommend that you try to keep the pick-up time that you select.

This is a "Hard Close" auction.  No time is added after the clock counts down to zero. Each "lot" closes in succession one minute after the previous (the first lot closes at 6:01, the second at 6:02, the third at 6:03, and so on). 

15% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.

10.1% WA tax applied unless you have a reseller's permit on file.

All items are sold on an "AS IS" basis. We strive to be as precise as possible with our descriptions but can not guarantee complete accuracy. We encourage bidders to take advantage of the opportunity to preview items and/or ask questions about items before placing any bid(s).

There are no returns or refunds, "NO EXCEPTIONS."

Please be prepared to box and remove all purchased items. We will have limited ability to help with packing items or load-out assistance.

Bidding is considered a legal, binding agreement.
