Pair of Fitz and Floyd ceramic figurines from 1997 depicting anthropomorphic Easter bunnies dressed in vintage-style clothing. The boy rabbit wears a teal top hat and floral patterned long coat, holding a cane. The girl rabbit is dressed in a traditional dress with an apron and a straw hat, carrying a basket of strawberries with a small white bird at her feet. One of the leaves on the girl rabbit has been repaired with super glue. Good collectible condition with detailed hand-painted accents.

Please note: This estate is located at the top of a steep, narrow, and winding private road where all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive is recommended for safer access. The owner of the estate has paid to have the driveway improved to make access a little more manageable for bidders. Amazon has made deliveries to this property, and moving trucks have also been able to reach the top. However, this does not eliminate the risks associated with the terrain.

To assist bidders, most small items will be boxed and transported to a POD located at the bottom of the hill for easy pickup.
However, all large and heavy items must be picked up directly from the estate. Buyers of these items are responsible for bringing the proper vehicle, equipment, and assistance needed for safe removal and transport.
