⚠️ Important Pickup & Access Disclaimer

Please note: This estate is located at the top of a steep, narrow, and winding private road where all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive is recommended for safer access. The owner of the estate has paid to have the driveway improved to make access a little more manageable for bidders. Amazon has made deliveries to this property, and moving trucks have also been able to reach the top. However, this does not eliminate the risks associated with the terrain.

To assist bidders, most small items will be boxed and transported to a POD located at the bottom of the hill for easy pickup.
However, all large and heavy items must be picked up directly from the estate. Buyers of these items are responsible for bringing the proper vehicle, equipment, and assistance needed for safe removal and transport.

Adam’s Northwest Estate Sales & Auctions and the property owners are not responsible for any vehicle damage, towing costs, or personal injury related to accessing or navigating the property. Please plan accordingly before bidding.
