Parking:
This estate is a one-story, 2-bedroom duplex located at the end of a gravel easement with limited parking in front of the unit. Parking on the street (half a block away) will be required unless you are picking up large items. We will be attaching a video of the parking situation and the estate Friday afternoon before the auction closing.
We will be following all the social distancing and safety guidelines required by the CDC. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during these times.

This is a "Hard Close" auction. No time is added after the clock counts down to zero.
Each "Lot" closes one minute after the previous Lot. The first Lot closes at 6:01, the second Lot at 6:02, the third Lot 6:03, and so on down the list.
15% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.
9.9% WA tax applied unless you have a reseller's permit on file.
