1927 CALL OF THE NIGHT Orig. Print, AMP Inc Chicago, Theo Boehling, ELK Bugling
ANTIQUE FRAMED PRINT Classic antique framed under glass lithograph print measuring 21" wide by 15" deep. Featuring a dark, peaceful and moving scene of a single elk silhouetted against the night sky - he bugles majestically, calling for a mate -- a small, cozy homestead can be seen in the distance. Titled CALL OF THE NIGHT, artist is Theo Boehling and it is print signed as such within the rock formation on the right lower corner -- published by AMP INC. Chicago, dated 1927.
This picture measures 16" tall by 20" wide.
Condition is very nice with no foxing, tears, writing, holes or damage other than a tiny stain on the lower left point - looks like a hint of water damage - does not detract a bit -- as shown in the photos, it is very faint.
