Wednesday, December 9th by Appointment.

Appointments for the preview must be made no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 8th.

PICKUP DAY: Sunday, December 13th - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM by appointment only!!

In order to address concerns regarding social distancing, we are organizing pick-up times in scheduled slots to reduce and manage the number of people/traffic into and out of the pick-up site area. Upon the auction's closing, final bids will be consolidated and buyers will be invoiced along with a request to select a time-frame for pick-up. We are happy to work out alternate pick-up times on the following day as well if needed. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions. 

We will be following all the social distancing and safety guidelines required by the CDC. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding during these times.

The address will be located in the upper right-hand corner of the winning bidder's invoice.

The owners of this estate have opted into the building, running, and managing the pickup day of this beautiful auction.

This is a "Hard Close" auction.  No time is added after the clock counts down to zero.

Each "Lot" closes one minute after the previous Lot.  The first Lot closes at 6:01, the second Lot at 6:02, the third Lot 6:03, and so on down the list. 

10% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.

10.1% WA tax applied unless you have a reseller's permit on file.

 All items are sold on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee the precise accuracy of any descriptions or condition of any items sold on auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to come and preview the items before placing a bid. There are no returns or refunds, "NO EXCEPTIONS."

Bidding is considered a legal, binding agreement.
