Appointments for the preview must be made no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 4th.
PICKUP DAY:
There is minimal parking at this estate.
We are going to be running a two-day pickup both Saturday, August 8th & Sunday, August 9th. Pickup will be split into four sections, as listed below.
We will be asking that the driveway be designated for large-item pickup only (You may need to be patient and wait your turn). All others will be asked to please park on the road located one house away, where there should be an ample amount of room to park on the shoulder.
If you are bringing a trailer, there will not be room for you to park in front of the house. You will need to also park on the main street located one house away.
Please be prepared with adequate help and equipment for moving all heavy items.
Saturday, August 8th:
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Usernames that start with the letters A-F
12:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Usernames that start with the letters G-M
Sunday, August 9th:
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Usernames that start with the letters N-S
12:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Usernames that start with the letters T-Z

Each "Lot" closes one minute after the previous Lot. First Lot closes at 5:01, second Lot at 5:02, third Lot 5:03, and so on down the list.
10% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.
7.9% WA tax applied unless you have a resellers permit on file.
