This is a "Hard Close" auction. No time is added after the clock counts down to zero.
Each "Lot" closes one minute after the previous Lot. First Lot closes at 7:01, second Lot at 7:02, third lot 7:03, and so on down the list.
10% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.
10% WA tax applied unless you have a resellers permit on file.
All items are sold on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee the precise accuracy of any descriptions or condition of any items sold on auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to come and preview the items before placing a bid. There are no returns or refunds, "NO EXCEPTIONS."
Bidding is considered a legal, binding agreement.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN SATURDAY, July 18th @ 6:00 PM NO EXCEPTIONS!! Payments are due prior to pickup if you are picking up on Saturday.
If You do not pick your items up by 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 19th, then your items will be considered forfeited without a return of funds!!
