Pickup:
The seller is attempting to close her home sale and is very interested in facilitating pickup of all auction items for the Bonney Lake Estate Sale over the next week if at all possible. This plan for pickup of auction items is meant to provide safety during pickup for both buyers and the seller and to reassure buyers who may be concerned about a pickup during current stay-at-home conditions.
The home has had no one other than the homeowner inside except for the 3/23-24 auction set-up team in over 3 weeks. The homeowner is well, has not traveled, has had no known contacts with anyone ill, and has been self-quarantined since 3/14. Auction items will be picked up maintaining strict social distancing rules and safety for all parties concerned

This is a "Hard Close" auction. No time is added after the clock counts down to zero.
Each "Lot" closes thirty seconds after the previous Lot. First Lot closes at 7:01, second Lot at 7:02, third lot 7:03, and so on down the list.
10% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.
9.3% WA tax applied unless you have a resellers permit on file.
All items are sold on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee the precise accuracy of any descriptions or condition of any items sold on auction. It is the bidder's responsibility to come and preview the items before placing a bid. There are no returns or refunds, "NO EXCEPTIONS."
