This is a "Hard Close" auction. No time is added after the clock counts down to zero.
Each "Lot" closes one minute after the previous Lot. First Lot closes at 5:01, second Lot at 5:02, and on down the list.
10% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.
9.1% WA tax applied unless you have a re-sellers permit on file.
