PICKUP DAY: Due to parking restrictions and the size of this auction, we will be offering a two-day pickup window. Some items are only able to be picked up on Sunday. Please read the descriptions of the lots you are interested in for details.

There is a one-lane road to get down to the house, with a few turnouts for people to pass. It will be a challenge to get a trailer in and out of the location. The videos below will provide you with an idea of the drive and how the estate is laid out.

This is a "Hard Close" auction. No time is added after the clock counts down to zero.
Each "Lot" closes one minute after the previous Lot. So, for example, the first Lot closes at 5:01, the second Lot at 5:02, the third Lot 5:03, and so on down the list.
15% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.
8% WA tax applied unless you have a reseller's permit on file.
