Appointments are created to help the pick-up process run smoother. However, if making an appointment does not fit your needs, please feel free to come when needed. Some customers may take longer than others, depending on how many items they have purchased. Please allow yourself extra time in case the flow gets a little backed up.
HOA Restrictions:
Per HOA, parking on the street is NOT allowed. Instead, you must park in the visitor parking lot located 12 houses down, by the main gate. In addition, there will be two spaces in the house driveway available at a time for large orders or large furniture purchases only.
The address will be located in the upper right-hand corner of the winning bidder's invoice.

This is a "Hard Close" auction. No time is added after the clock counts down to zero.
Each "Lot" closes one minute after the previous Lot. So, for example, the first Lot closes at 6:01, the second Lot at 6:02, the third Lot 6:03, and so on down the list.
15% Buyer's Premium on all lots sold.
10.1% WA tax applied unless you have a reseller's permit on file.
