PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS FOR THE CONDITION AND QUANTITY OF ITEMS.  ALL ITEMS ARE UNTESTED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ABOVE.  ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE TO BE CONSIDERED APPROXIMATE.  WE OFFER A PREVIEW DAY IF YOU WISH TO TEST OR INSPECT AN ITEM BEFORE PURCHASING, AS OUR ITEMS ARE SOLD ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.  PLEASE BRING BOXES, TOOLS AND HELP, TO LOAD, IF THERE'S ANY CHANCE YOUR PICKUP MAY REQUIRE IT.   It is the bidders's responsibility to come and preview the items before placing a bid.  There are no returns or refunds, "NO EXCEPTIONS."

It is the winning bidder's responsibility to make sure they have all of their items during pickup.
